We’ve often wondered what led people to begin a business. I know in our case it was out of necessity. My wife and I have a combined total of 15 siblings, 2 sons, 1 daughter-in-law, 2 grand-daughters, 64 nieces & nephews, 81 great nieces & nephews, and of course, our parents. When you begin to add husbands and wives to all of these people you can see how difficult it would be to remember birthdays and anniversaries.

About 12 years ago we began by making calendar frames for my parents and siblings, then giving the yearly refills as Christmas gifts every year. They are always thrilled to receive them as it saves them many hours of transferring dates to new calendars each year. The idea caught on among other friends and they are now our customers as well.
